1. Rental object, condition and pictures

2. Rental object and usage times The main tenant grants the subtenant the furnished apartment (including parking space) in a weekly regulated cycle:

  • Subtenant's usage time: Weekly from Monday, 08:00 to Friday, 16:00.
  • Self-use by the main tenant: The remaining time from Friday evening to Sunday night as well as during the main tenant's statutory holidays and vacation times is reserved for the main tenant's self-use and sole access.
3. Personal belongings and rooms

  • The subtenant acknowledges that this is a partially used apartment. The main tenant reserves the right to claim personal belongings, closets or lockable areas in the apartment for self-use on weekends.
  • The subtenant undertakes to store or take their personal belongings on Friday before leaving the apartment in such a way that the main tenant can use the apartment unrestricted on weekends.
