Call for applications to take over the Municipal Inn

The Municipality of Bretonnières is leasing its municipal inn and is looking for a motivated tenant to operate this convivial establishment, located at the entrance of the village.

The establishment includes: a fully equipped professional kitchen; a bistrot room (30 people); a restaurant room (36 people); a terrace (60 people); a meeting room that can accommodate various events (40 people); a 3-room apartment (80 m2). A free municipal parking lot is nearby. No business transfer fee is required.

We are looking for a person or couple with experience in the restaurant industry, dynamic, welcoming, and willing to invest in local life.

The inn benefits from a local clientele as well as a strong development potential thanks to the organization of meals, banquets, meetings, and events.

It is also located in an area with a high tourist traffic, with a nearby train station and hiking and mountain biking trails.

Entry into function: to be agreed upon.
