Move-in from early January 2027
Our beautiful shared flat in Chur is looking for a new main tenant.
At the end of December, we are moving out, which means that a total of three rooms will become available. As the main tenant, you can take over the apartment and, if desired, also have a say in who moves into the other two rooms.
The apartment
The apartment offers a lot of space and a cozy atmosphere:
Room 1 and 2: 750 CHF / month
Room 3: 613 CHF / month
Total rent: 2113 CHF
Who we are
We are currently three:
Leo (23) and Andrina (23) are both studying in the 5th semester of Multimedia Production. Recha (26) works as a coach for high-performance athletes in the field of snowboarding.
Since we are all moving out at the end of December, we are looking for a person who will take over the main tenancy and then be able to select their future roommates themselves.

- certain pieces of furniture can be taken over when moving in
- shopping opportunities within about 10 minutes' walking distance
