A renovation of the terrace is planned for spring/summer 2027. As part of this work, a sauna will also be installed, which will provide even more living and wellness comfort in the future. After the work is completed and the sauna is finished, the rent will be slightly increased.

During the World Economic Forum (WEF), the apartment will be used differently for the duration of the event. During this time, the tenants must leave the apartment; personal belongings can be stored safely in the basement. As compensation, one month's rent per year will be waived.

Up to two garage parking spaces can be rented for CHF 120 each.
