A bright treatment room in our hair and cosmetics studio in Bern Bümpliz. 15.19 m², fully glazed front side with milk glass film and folding shutters, so daylight with full visibility protection, in a house that was renovated in 2020.

You bring what your profession needs. Everything else is ready, and really everything: from the electric wellness bed to the cleaning staff to the cartridges in the printer.

Your room is fully equipped. Electric wellness bed, table, two chairs, shelf, a high cabinet with four doors, own sink, fresh towels are always ready. A Sonos box plays your music, at the glass front is an area reserved for your logo, you work under your own name, and space for your things is available. This winter, the room will get its own, permanently installed air conditioning, which you can control yourself. After this summer, everyone knows what that's worth: it stays comfortable with you, no matter how hot it gets outside, for you and for the person on your bed.

We take care of the rest. Our cleaning staff cleans your room, the toilets and the whole house, at night our robot vacuum cleaner also runs. Coffee, water, detergent, paper and cartridges are provided by us, you don't need to reorder anything. If something breaks, we have it repaired, the building and our equipment are insured. If we change the beds in the house, we also make yours. And if I go through in the evening and see something that's not right, I'll put it in order. You do your treatments, we do the rest.

And you never have to jump forward. As long as we're here, your customers will be received at the reception, get a place in the waiting area or in the outdoor lounge and a cappuccino from our Franke fully automatic machine, while you're still working. You pick them up when you're ready. We introduce you on Instagram, put your business cards at the reception and recommend you further.

For whom

Our focus is on Balayage and blonde tones as well as apparatus-based skin rejuvenation. So, people come and go with us every day who do something for themselves. If your offer fits in, your next customer might already be in our house.

We are looking for someone who complements us for the free room: medical massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, osteopathy, naturopathy, nutritional advice. And we also like something we haven't thought of yet.

Your field, your prices, your customers and your decisions remain your business. You're not alone, though. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes the business is running.

Conditions

CHF 595 per month for a fixed weekday, for example every Tuesday. Each additional day costs the same, how many days you take is up to you. A fixed weekday is four to five working days per month, so around 137 francs per day, and everything mentioned above is included. One invoice per month, nothing else.

No rent deposit. Unfixed contract, six months' notice period on both sides, annual adjustment to the national index.
