I am renting out my modern 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift in Münchenstein, BL for 8 months from November 2026 (until the end of June 2027).
The apartment has a balcony, laundry tower, and is furnished, except for the dining table. Mattress/topper and pillows for the box spring bed must be brought by yourself for hygiene reasons.
The apartment is located between the tram stops Spengler and Gartenstadt (line 11). Just a few minutes' walk from the Gartenstadt shopping center.
I am looking for someone (or a couple) who can stay for the entire 8 months and is clean and respectful. Only non-smokers, no pets, and no children.
The rent of CHF 1800.- includes utilities.
To note:
- no parking space available, but can be rented separately if needed
- basement compartment is not included, as I need to store my personal belongings there while I am abroad
- internet & TV subscription must be taken out by yourself
A subletting contract will be drawn up and a deposit of 1 month's rent will be required.
