Good morning everyone, I'm looking for a new subletter for my room in a 4.5-room apartment in Muttenz. The apartment is located just a few steps from the bus stop, 15 minutes from the direct tram to the city center and close to various grocery stores (Migros, Coop and St. Jakob Stadium Shopping Center). Additionally, it is a 10-minute walk from the FHNW University of Applied Sciences.
The apartment has two very nice and clean girls from Ticino who attend university.
The room is available immediately, I'm looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
I'm also leaving all the furniture in the room (for an extra fee)
