We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-room apartment, immediately or by arrangement. We are in a central location, 5 minutes' walk from the university, 2 minutes' walk from Horw train station,
7 minutes' walk from Pilatusmarkt, 5 minutes' walk from the center of Horw, and 10 minutes from Lucerne train station by public transport. The highway entrance is 2 minutes away.
The 4.5-room apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 reduit with a washing tower, and a spacious terrace where we spend 90% of our time in the summer. A cellar compartment can be rented if needed, and a parking space can also be rented. The additional costs include streaming services like Sky, Netflix, Paramount+, etc.
