We want to build a special adult living community for people from around 55 years old in a beautiful multi-family house.

It's not just about renting a room. Rather, a harmonious community should emerge, where everyone has their own retreat and at the same time cultivates togetherness.

The house offers 11 rooms of different sizes. Additionally, 2 common rooms, one of which is a fireplace room and one assembly room approx. 50 sqm with an additional kitchen.

The common areas; large garden, 3 terraces, and an adjacent private forest property are available for all residents to use.

We are looking for people who can imagine a new, uncomplicated, and cordial form of living:
People who like to live independently, but do not necessarily see solitude as a future model. People who appreciate community, without wanting to give up their personal freedom.

What we wish for

A living community where one respects, supports, and perhaps also cooks together, sits on one of the terraces, drinks a coffee, laughs, and creates a cozy atmosphere together.

Everyone is allowed to be who they are.
Together instead of lonely, but with enough space for privacy.

The idea is a symbiosis of independent living and lived community, where something beautiful and binding can emerge gradually.
