At Parkstrasse 4 in Davos Platz, we are renting a fully renovated and furnished 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining area with an open kitchen, and a balcony.

During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on a harmonious design, carefully selected materials, and high-quality furnishings. Contemporary design pieces are combined with classic vintage furniture, giving the apartment an individual and calm character.

Quality and a natural effect were also considered when it came to the surfaces. The walls are designed with colors based on natural and mineral pigments, which greatly contribute to the warm and pleasant atmosphere of the rooms.

Living area and kitchen

The living and dining area is south-facing. The nearly fully glazed south side with windows and a door to the balcony brings a lot of daylight into the room, creating a bright and open atmosphere.

The modern kitchen with a peninsula is functionally planned, offers a lot of workspace, and is equipped with all the necessary appliances for daily life. The design is discreetly integrated into the living area.

Three bedrooms with flexible usage options

The three bedrooms are fully furnished and offer good storage options. Built-in wardrobes and other integrated solutions make use of the available space. Additional built-in wardrobes and storage options are also available in the entrance and corridor area.

Two of the bedrooms also have flexible furniture elements with an integrated workspace. This allows the rooms to be used for learning or home office according to needs.

Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and modernly designed.

The larger bathroom has daylight, a walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and tiles, as well as sufficient storage space. It is supplemented by a second, more compact bathroom, which is also equipped with modern amenities and has a shower.

The apartment is located on a private street and is therefore extremely quiet. At the same time, many important destinations in Davos Platz are easily accessible on foot.

The Davos Platz train station, shopping facilities, and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stops with connections to the Davos ski areas, as well as the valley stations of the Jakobshornbahn and the Schatzalpbahn, are also within walking distance.

The rent includes TV and internet, as well as a garage parking space and an additional parking space.

Regulation during the World Economic Forum

During the World Economic Forum, the apartment will be rented out for a period of two weeks and will not be available to the main tenants during this time.

Personal belongings must be stored in the private cellar compartment during this period, and the apartment must be handed over clean.

In compensation, the entire apartment rent for the respective month will be waived.
