I have one room becoming available soon in my cozy and lovely 3.5-room apartment, and I'm looking for a new roommate to share the apartment with me.

About the apartment & room

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable shared living space.

Common areas include:

• Cozy living room with a balcony
• 75-inch TV and comfortable sofa
• Smart cleaning robot
• Alexa available in the common areas
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, cutlery, multi-food processor, and other appliances
• Smart washing & drying machine in the bathroom
• Additional shared washing/drying facilities available in the building

Your private room comes furnished with:

• Bed + bed frame
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Desk + chair
• TV
• Smart side lights and smart ceiling lights

Parking: White-zone parking spaces are available nearby with a blue parking disc (up to 6 hours). Private parking spaces may also be available to rent from neighbours.

Who I'm looking for

I'm looking for someone who:

• Is generally quiet and respectful, especially during nighttime
• Does not smoke this is very important
• Is friendly, respectful and open-minded
• Is LGBT-friendly
• Is currently working
• Has no active Betreibung
• Ideally is up to 30 years old
• Likes cats I'm planning to have a cat in the future
• Is reasonably clean and tidy, without being excessively obsessed with cleaning

The main thing for me is having a respectful, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home, where we can both enjoy our own space.

Deposit: 1 month's rent

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet einen gemütlichen und komfortablen Wohnbereich.

• Zusätzliche Wasch- und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten im Gebäude vorhanden

Das private Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über:

Parkmöglichkeiten: In der Nähe gibt es weisse Parkfelder, auf denen mit einer blauen Parkscheibe bis zu 6 Stunden parkiert werden kann. Private Parkplätze können möglicherweise auch von Nachbarn gemietet werden.

Wen ich suche

Ich suche eine Person, die:

• grundsätzlich ruhig und rücksichtsvoll ist, insbesondere nachts
• Nichtraucher/in ist das ist mir sehr wichtig
• freundlich, respektvoll und offen ist
• LGBT-freundlich ist
• aktuell berufstätig ist
• keine offenen Betreibungen hat
• idealerweise bis 30 Jahre alt ist
• Katzen mag ich plane, in Zukunft eine Katze zu haben
• ordentlich und sauber ist, aber nicht übermässig putzbesessen

Mir ist vor allem eine respektvolle, entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre zu Hause wichtig, in der beide auch ihren eigenen Freiraum haben.

Kaution: 1 Monatsmiete
