My beautiful shared flat room is becoming available and is looking for a new roommate from December 26/January 27.
The room is large, has its own balcony, and is located at Sägenstrasse 74. The apartment is manageable but has another balcony
You would be living with Yannick (34), Matthias (32), and Janine (26).
To maintain a balanced ratio, we are looking for a female person, non-smoker, 25+, who reliably takes care of their responsibilities
We value an uncomplicated and pleasant living together - occasionally eating together, doing something, or chatting, but of course, everyone has their own daily life and retreat
Rent: 554 including utilities and WiFi
The furniture in the room must be taken over.
Move-in: possible from November 2026
Location: just under 10 minutes on foot from the train station / public bus right around the corner
