The settlement in Bifang is located in a quiet and yet convenient location. The tenants have access to a communally usable inner courtyard with a playground, sandbox, fountain, ping-pong table, and grill. Additionally, the community room with kitchen, tables, and seating for up to 25 people can be used free of charge. Those who wish can also conclude a vegetable subscription and have the vegetables delivered directly to the settlement in Bifang. Furthermore, families with children will be granted a rent reduction of CHF 100 for an apartment of this size.
