• New high-quality box spring bed (160x200) - can be exchanged for a smaller bed on request
• Balcony share for shared use
• Optional: own furniture can be brought

Pet information
A friendly, quiet dog lives in the apartment about 1-2 days a week, so you should not have pet hair allergy or fear of dogs.

About the shared apartment
We are currently three roommates:

• Elena, 20 years old, employed by SBB
• Amelie, 36 years old, employed in Zurich (very rarely at home, as she is often on the road privately and professionally)
• Lia, 25 years old, employed (architecture)

We place great value on a quiet, clean, and respectful coexistence. Cleanliness & order are very important to us. Each person contributes to making the apartment a comfortable place to live.
