The special feature: Before you move in, we will still paint the final walls and build in a practical closet.

Our apartment offers everything you need to feel comfortable: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room to linger. The absolute highlight: The apartment is part of a beautiful, 500-year-old building with a very special charm, surrounded by a large garden. If you have a green thumb or just like to be in the fresh air, you're welcome to participate, and helpful hands and creative ideas for the green surroundings are always welcome!
I appreciate a harmonious coexistence, where you can chat in the kitchen, cook together, or enjoy a glass of wine/beer. It's just as important that everyone has their privacy and the door to their room can simply be closed.
The environment in the house
The house is a three-family house, and it's very relaxed and trusting here: The other apartments are occupied by my grandmother and my brother. You often meet in the large garden, have a short chat, or help each other out.
About me / Your future roommate
I'm looking for an open, uncomplicated, and tidy person (m/f/d) who is excited about this special housing project and a family-like shared life. If you also have a green thumb and occasionally have time for a cup of coffee with my grandmother, you'll fit in perfectly here.

- Rent: 850 CHF per month (including utilities & WLAN). If you're willing to help out in the house and garden, we can negotiate.

- Location: In the village center of Gelterkinden. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away and offers direct connections to Basel and Zurich. You can reach shopping facilities (Coop/Migros/etc.) in 5 minutes.
