I’m renting out my charming, bright 2.5-room apartment in Sood-Oberleimbach for 11 months as a sublet.

The apartment is quietly and sunny located on the ground floor and features a beautiful 8 m2 balcony with a view of greenery. A large grapevine along the balcony adds a special flair – perfect for relaxing after a day at work. The apartment is filled with natural light through large windows, which were replaced just a year ago and are therefore very well insulated. All windows are equipped with shutters. The living room offers a large, very comfortable sofa that can be converted into a guest bed if needed. A large TV on a mobile stand allows flexible viewing – whether from the sofa or the dining area. The TV can also be pushed aside to save space when not in use. In the dining area, there’s an extendable table with four chairs (only three are visible in the photos; the fourth is subtly placed behind a plant in the living room). The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, rice cooker, air fryer, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment – perfect for hobby chefs. Additionally, three built-in cupboards in the hallway offer plenty of storage space. The apartment is located on a side street and is very quiet – with open windows, you’ll hear birdsong instead of traffic noise. The location is well connected: it's about a 6-minute walk to Sihlcity train station (Zurich main station is just a short ride away). The bus stop towards Adliswil is only 5 minutes away. Nearby you’ll also find shopping options like Lidl (6 minutes on foot), Aldi, a hardware store, and a gym. I’m looking for a reliable and quiet person who will treat the apartment respectfully and can take care of the plants.
