The information/documents we require from you:

- ID card
- residence permit (if foreigner)
- current domicile
- solvency certificate (extract from the debt collection register)
- 3 last pay slips
- liability insurance, tenant risk coverage
- The studio is rented for your own use or for a person from your family circle/student
- The studio is used as a main residence, secondary residence or as a commercial space
- letter of introduction/motivation (not required but a real plus)
- phone number/e-mail address (for sending the apartment plan and detailed description, organizing the visit)

Basic requirements/criteria that must be met imperatively and cumulatively to apply:

- You are perfectly solvent
- Your monthly net income is at least CHF 2'850.--
- You have the ability to deposit CHF 2'550.-- as a rental guarantee into a bank account opened in your name, knowing that the guarantee can be constituted in several monthly installments)

Notes:

- As long as the ad is visible, it means that the apartment is still available for rent
- Rental guarantee: in principle, in cash (no recourse to SwissCaution, FirstCaution, WebCaution)
