Ich suche ab sofort eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 4er-WG an der Ruelle de la Rosière 2 in Fribourg. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 1819 m² gross und durch seine drei Fenster sehr hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, ein Kleiderschrank bleibt jedoch im Zimmer.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 543. Eine Kaution ist nicht erforderlich. Zur Wohnung gehört eine gemeinsame Küche. Die Waschmaschine wird mit den anderen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern des Hauses geteilt.
Du würdest mit drei weiteren Personen zusammenleben: Zwei studieren und eine Person arbeitet. Alle sprechen Französisch und etwas Englisch.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a four-person shared flat at Ruelle de la Rosière 2 in Fribourg. The flat is centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the train station.
The room is approximately 1819 m² and has three windows, making it very bright. It is rented unfurnished, apart from a wardrobe that will remain in the room.
The monthly rent is CHF 543, and no deposit is required. The flat has a shared kitchen, and the washing machine is shared with the other residents of the building.
You would be living with three other people: two are students and one is working. They all speak French and some English.

Je cherche une personne pour reprendre ma chambre dans une colocation de quatre personnes située à la Ruelle de la Rosière 2 à Fribourg. L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement très central, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare.
La chambre fait environ 1819 m² et possède trois fenêtres, ce qui la rend très lumineuse. Elle est louée non meublée, à l'exception d'une armoire qui restera dans la chambre.
Le loyer mensuel est de CHF 543 et aucune garantie de loyer n'est demandée. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine commune. La machine à laver est partagée avec les autres habitants de l'immeuble.
