Das Zimmer ist etwa 1819 m² gross und durch seine drei Fenster sehr hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, ein Kleiderschrank bleibt jedoch im Zimmer.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 543. Eine Kaution ist nicht erforderlich. Zur Wohnung gehört eine gemeinsame Küche. Die Waschmaschine wird mit den anderen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern des Hauses geteilt.
Du würdest mit drei weiteren Personen zusammenleben: Zwei studieren und eine Person arbeitet. Alle sprechen Französisch und etwas Englisch.

The room is approximately 1819 m² and has three windows, making it very bright. It is rented unfurnished, apart from a wardrobe that will remain in the room.
The monthly rent is CHF 543, and no deposit is required. The flat has a shared kitchen, and the washing machine is shared with the other residents of the building.
You would be living with three other people: two are students and one is working. They all speak French and some English.
