I am looking for a solvent and reliable subtenant from early to mid-October 2026 for my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment at Grüneggstrasse 1 in Lucerne.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and offers a lot of comfort and storage space for a 1-bedroom apartment:
Separate kitchen not directly in the living/sleeping area
Induction stove & new oven
Large refrigerator & large freezer
Many kitchen cabinets & plenty of storage space
Dishwasher
Built-in cabinets in the hallway
Modern bathroom with bathtub
Balcony with sunshade overlooking the greenery, which extends over the entire width of the kitchen and bathroom
Private basement compartment
Covered and lockable bicycle stand
Rent costs
Net rent: CHF 1,220.
Additional costs: CHF 100.
Total: CHF 1,320 per month
The additional costs are very realistically calculated, and I have never had to pay any additional costs in the annual additional cost statement.
