Room in a shared apartment with balcony in Thalwil from October 1st

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment in Thalwil from October 1st, 2026. The room is unfurnished and has its own balcony. The rent is 740 CHF and the room is rented until March 31st, 2027. The train station Oberrieden is about a 5-minute walk away.

We are Lea (21) and Sara (20) and we both study at ETH. Lea is in her 3rd year of studying Health Sciences and Technology and enjoys bouldering and skiing in her free time.

Sara is in her 1st year of studying Chemistry, also enjoys skiing, and plays the piano.

For our shared apartment, we are looking for a sympathetic roommate between 19 and 24 years old. Since the room is rented through JUWO, you must have a JUWO account!! Please confirm this in your inquiry.

We are both non-smokers and would also like a non-smoking roommate who values cleanliness and a pleasant, uncomplicated living together. We would prefer a female roommate.

The apartment viewing will take place next week.
