In a beautiful and quiet location, a room in a 4-person shared apartment will be available from 1.11.2026 or by arrangement.

Your room is located on the upper floor of the apartment and is effectively around 13 sqm in size due to the sloping ceilings. Additionally, your own bathroom (with bathtub and without toilet) can also be used as storage space. You also have enough space for your belongings in front of your room, in the living room, and in the (bike) cellar.

Your future roommates are between mid/late 20s and early 30s, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, and look forward to casual exchanges in the living room or while cooking.

If you're active, Arni would be happy to swim with you from Stansstad to the Eawag bathing spot, which is just a few minutes' walk from the house.
Otherwise, Caro likes to have breakfast in the garden, and Anita will probably take you hiking in Uri sometime!

Or you can enjoy the full moon over the Bürgenstock from the couch.

The sauna in the garden and the fireplace in the living room are already waiting for you and the colder days of the year...

All in all, it's a very quiet and well-maintained place, with a free parking space for your car or visitors.

The price for the room is CHF 1,007, including utilities and excluding Serafe and electricity.
