Ab 15. Oktober (oder nach Vereinbarung) wird mein geräumiges 19 m² Zimmer frei. Es hat ein Fenster zur ruhigen Strasse hinaus. Ich werde alle meine Möbel aus dem Zimmer entfernen.

Haus: Du teilst dir das grosse Haus mit 14 anderen Mitbewohnenden. Dafür gibts gemeinsame Küche, wo du dein eigenes Kühlschrankfach sowie Lebensmittelfach kriegst, zwei Wohnzimmer, super tolle Terrasse mit Seeblick und einem Fahrradkeller. Das Badezimmer teilst du mit 3 weiteren Personen.
Da wir eine 15er-WG sind, ist es sicher von Vorteil, wenn du grundsätzlich gerne unter Leuten bist und ein geselliges Miteinander schätzt. Wir haben doch alle etwas unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe, weshalb es auch mal ruhig in der WG sein kann. Trotzdem ergibt sich in der Küche, im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terrasse immer mal wieder ein toller Austausch und wenn du willst, findest du auch bestimmt jemanden für ein gemeinsames Abendessen. Es gibt aber genügend Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen und seine Ruhe zu haben.
Das Haus wird von der WOKO verwaltet, weshalb du ein:e Student:in sein musst, um die Kriterien zu erfüllen.

Room available in a shared flat in Wädenswil

My spacious 19 m² room will be available from 15. October (or, by arrangement, 1. November). It has a window towards a not so busy street. I will be removing all my furniture from the room.

Location: 12 mins to the Grüental campus (on foot 7 mins by bus), 25 mins to the Reidbach campus (on foot)

House: You'll be sharing this big old charming house with 14 other flatmates. There's a shared kitchen where you'll have your own fridge compartment and food storage space, two living rooms, a fantastic terrace with a view of the lake, and a spacious cellar to put your bike. You'll share the bathroom with three other people.
As we're a 15-person shared flat, it's certainly an advantage if you generally enjoy being around people and value a sociable atmosphere. We all have slightly different daily routines, which is why it also can be quiet in the house sometimes. Even so, there are always great conversations here and there in the kitchen, the living room or on the terrace and time when you can share a meal or a coffee together. As the house is big, you can always retreat and have some quiet time to yourself.
