Laura's room in our shared apartment is becoming available!
The room is approximately 14 m² in size and has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The rent includes utilities and internet. We are a non-smoking shared apartment.
About us
Christine and Sandro, both around 30, and of course Sian, our four-legged roommate, will be staying.
Sandro likes to work out at CrossFit, is involved with the fire department, and is otherwise often active. Christine loves to cook and bake and spends her free time outdoors in the mountains and with her creative projects.
Sian takes it easy: extended naps are part of his daily routine, and he's convinced that cheese is a staple food.
We're generally uncomplicated, considerate of each other, and value a certain level of order and cleanliness. During the week, we're busy with work, sports, and hobbies, and both have a lot on our plates.
In the evenings, we like to meet in the kitchen or at the dinner table, talk about our day, and sometimes stay for a chat, either longer or shorter, and completely casual.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an open, uncomplicated, and dog-loving person (m/f/d) around our age, who appreciates a relaxed and considerate living situation, likes to do their own thing, and still enjoys friendly company.
We're not a party shared apartment and would like someone who feels at home with us and contributes to a pleasant shared apartment life.
