Since I'm moving out, I'm looking for a subtenant for the 2-person shared apartment.
You would be living with Lukas, 27, a set and stage designer. We're not a utility-based shared apartment, we like to do things together occasionally, but we also leave each other space for retreat.
The location, the room & The apartment:
The apartment is located in the heart of Küsnacht ZH. The train station, Coop, Migros, and a pharmacy are within a 3-minute walk. The lake is 5 minutes away on foot and offers a beautiful promenade and a popular beach and meadow in the summer.
The room is approximately 11m² in size, bright and unfurnished. During the viewing, an alternative room for rent can also be discussed, which is currently used by Lukas as an office. The apartment has a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a large rooftop terrace. The washing machine is available in the bathroom and the dryer is located in the stairwell.
Costs:
The rent is 670 francs per month (including utilities). The deposit is 700 francs.
