I'm looking for a female flatmate to found a 2-person flat share in my beautiful 4.5-room apartment with a view of Lake Zurich.

Ideally, you're between 22 and 35 years old and feel comfortable in a quiet flat share. The apartment offers well-maintained, fully furnished communal areas: living room (including TV, WLAN), kitchen, 2 balconies, and 2 bathrooms. There's also a large, rarely used laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines and a dryer.

For me, uncomplicated, clean, and considerate interaction with each other is important, as well as enjoyment of living together with my two cats.

The bus stop is only 4 minutes' walk away, with connections to Horgen and Wädenswil via Au train station at 30-minute intervals. Au train station is about 15 minutes' walk away. The Horgen-Meilen ferry is also easily accessible. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
