In our friendly and well-located office community, we are renting out several single and multi-person rooms from 01.10.2026.

• Multi-person rooms (up to 4 desks)

• Room sizes between approximately 10 and 20 m²

• Optional furnished or unfurnished rental

The rooms are ideal for:

• Self-employed, freelancers, or small teams

• Coaching, consulting, or therapeutic activities

• Yoga, movement, or meditation offers

• Artistic use such as a studio or creative space

• Pleasant, quiet working atmosphere

• Bathroom with shower for shared use

• Use of communal areas (kitchen, sanitary facilities)

• Location on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, recently renovated old building (no elevator)

• Good accessibility and representative environment

Thanks to the flexible design possibilities, the rooms can be individually adapted to different uses – from the classic office to the creative or movement-oriented room concept.
