Description

We rent on 1.10.2026 a beautiful old building apartment in a quiet and yet central location in Haggen/Bruggen. The price including ancillary costs is CHF 1'320.00. The ancillary costs are lump sum. The deposit is one month's rent.

The apartment was comprehensively renovated in 2008 and is located on the 1st floor of the house. In total, the 4 rooms comprise 83.5 m2. The room with access to the balcony is relatively small and unfortunately not suitable as a children's room. The entrance and kitchen of the apartment are equipped with a plate floor covering, parquet was laid in the rooms, which is currently being reworked. Additionally, the apartment will be handed over in a newly painted condition.

The apartment is located at Boppartstr. 22 and is therefore close to the Haggen train station and a bus stop with direct connection to the city. A large balcony is also included.
