L'appartement a été rénové en profondeur en 2008 et se trouve au 1er étage de la maison. Au total, les 4 pièces couvrent 83,5 m2. La pièce avec accès au balcon est relativement petite et malheureusement peu adaptée en tant que chambre d'enfants. L'entrée et la cuisine de l'appartement sont équipées d'un revêtement de sol en plaque, du parquet a été posé dans les pièces, qui est actuellement en cours de rénovation. En outre, l'appartement sera remis dans un état fraîchement peint.

L'appartement est situé au Boppartstr. 22 et se trouve donc à proximité de la gare de Haggen ainsi que d'un arrêt de bus avec connexion directe au centre-ville. Un grand balcon est également inclus.
