Wir vermieten auf den 1.10.2026 eine schöne Altbau- Wohnung an ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage in Haggen/Bruggen. Der Preis inkl. Nebenkosten beträgt CHF 1'320.00. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal. die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete. 

Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2008 umfassend sanier und befindet sich im 1. OG des Hauses. Insgesamt umfassen die 4 Zimmer 83.5 m2. Das Zimmer mit Ausgang zum Balkon ist relativ klein und als Kinderzimmer leider eher ungeeignet. Das Entrée und die Küche der Wohnung ist mit einem Plattenbodenbelag ausgestattet, in den Zimmern wurde Parkett verlegt, der aktuell noch aufgearbeitet wird. Zudem wir die Wohnung in einem neu gemalten Zustand übergeben..

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Boppartstr. 22 und somit in der Nähe des Haggen-Bahnhofs sowie einer Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt. Ein grosser Balkon gehört mit dazu.
