The chalet is exclusively intended for weekend and leisure use.
This beautiful atypical property consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, lounge, and dining area, a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a row. The chalet does not have a plan.

Over the years, the chalet has been carefully equipped to make stays enjoyable:

• Electricity: solar generator with battery and electrical installation (not subject to OIBT regulations)
• Water: rainwater collection tank supplying the toilets and kitchen sink (non-potable water)
• Hot water: installed water heater for the kitchen and a shower
• Heating: stove in the lounge, supplemented by gas radiators (powered by camping cylinders)
• Wastewater disposal: the chalet is not connected to the municipal wastewater system
