The chalet, intended exclusively for weekend and leisure use, can be reached from the Cuva parking lot, about 800 meters away, on foot all year round, or by 4x4 vehicle during the beautiful season.

This beautiful, atypical property consists of a living area with kitchen, lounge, and dining area, a separate toilet, on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a row. The chalet does not have a plan.

Over the years, the chalet has been carefully equipped to make stays enjoyable:

• Electricity: solar generator with battery and electrical installation (not subject to OIBT regulations)
• Water: rainwater collection tank supplying the toilets and kitchen sink (non-potable water)
• Hot water: installed hot water tank for the kitchen
• Heating: stove in the lounge, supplemented by gas radiators (powered by camping cylinders)
• Wastewater disposal: the chalet is not connected to the municipal wastewater system
