We are looking for a new restaurateur for this beautiful pub or café-bar on behalf of the property owners.

The popular local establishment has been well-established for many years. It is located in Aesch (BL) on a very lively main street. This central location is perfect; there is also a bus and tram stop right in front of the entrance.

Basically, all café-bar or pub concepts are welcome here. The operation also has an extended hours permit until 04:00 in the morning.

For smoking guests, there is a smoking lounge.

There is also a small separate kitchen where you can prepare snacks for guests. However, the kitchen does not have a ventilation system for gastronomy. Therefore, you are not allowed to grill, fry, or deep-fry food here. However, it is permitted to heat, cook, or bake food.

There are 11 private parking spaces for guests. And in the nearby surroundings, there are plenty of additional parking options.

There is no takeover price, but only the brokerage commission and processing fee.
