The apartment has an ideal location, in a quiet and pleasant environment, close to the village amenities.

- Clean extract from the debt collection office
- Household liability insurance already established or to be established
- Rent deposit of CHF 2700 by bank transfer or Swisscaution.
- Employed person with an open-ended employment contract (unemployment and without employment not accepted)
