The apartment & Location:
We are renting together a beautiful 3.5-room apartment ideally located in the city center. The location is perfect:
2 minutes walk from the closest grocery store
5 minutes from the supermarket
8 minutes from the train station
8 minutes from HES-SO
Possibility to obtain a parking space.
Fees & Equipment:
Rent: 700 CHF / month
Charges: approx. 50 to 100 CHF per month (including electricity, internet, TV streaming, and taxes).
The entire apartment is available for common use. If you wish, I can also provide furniture for your room.
I am the main tenant and I wish for a simple, relaxed, and orderly cohabitation.
