Important:

If this is not respected, it is pointless to visit the apartment or submit the dossier.

• Copy of a valid identity document (passport, identity card) for Swiss citizens
• Copy of the valid residence permit for foreign citizens
• 3 latest pay slips or other documents proving income
• Original extract from the debt collection register (valid for a maximum of 3 months)
• Proof of liability insurance
