Hello!
We're looking for a third roommate.
Currently, two people live here:
Adrian, 29 years old, marketing and sales coordinator
Raphaël, 31 years old, developer at the Confederation
The apartment is 98 m² and includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a large living room, a kitchen, and a balcony where we enjoy the nice days with an aperitif.
The available room is furnished, as shown in the photos, with a 160 × 200 bed.
The rent includes charges. You need to add 54.50 CHF per month for fiber optic and cleaning of common areas (every two weeks) and SERAFE.
A guarantee equivalent to three months' rent is required and must be deposited into a guarantee account.
As for the roommate situation, each person has their own life and rhythm, but we also appreciate spending time together from time to time: a board game, an aperitif, a meal, or an outing when the opportunity arises. We're both quite sporty and always up for going dancing, doing a climbing trip, going for a run, or doing a trail. We're also vegetarians and sensitive to ecological issues, although we don't expect our future roommate to necessarily share these habits;
