In sector B of Viscosistadt, new rental spaces for industry, commerce, study, creative economy, and events are being created. The rental offers between 30 and 2'700 m2 are coming onto the market gradually.
Viscosistadt is one of the most urban places in Emmenbrücke, a real city within a city.
