Description
I visited this building when it was still entirely raw: without walls, without flooring, without light. Its beautiful height under the ceiling, its direct access to the ground floor on the street, just two steps from the train station, as well as its brightness immediately seduced me. I designed a warm, bohemian, and practical space here, mixing wood with the raw and industrial character of the exposed concrete.
Thanks to the height under the ceiling, I was able to create an additional space of 23 m² by installing a mezzanine that leaves us a height under the ceiling of 2.40 m, in a space initially intended for 42 m². The total living area thus reaches 65 m².
I also imagined an equipped kitchen with a small bar, oven, microwave, hob, worktop, and dishwasher, in order to offer a pleasant space to eat or take a break in the shade. A modern and practical toilet completes the whole.
The space remains simple and versatile, ideal for many activities: shop, creative space, offices, training, conferences, workshop, beauty salon, etc. The future occupants will also have the possibility to personalize the layout according to their needs.
Today, raw spaces are rented at prices to which must still be added the high cost of work and materials. I invested thousands of francs in this layout. Unfortunately, I have to leave the premises for health and personal reasons, and I hope that the people who will take over the school will receive all the beautiful energies that I have brought here. Here, the advantage is that everything is ready: you can enter and start working immediately, with a real gain of time and money. It's a space where you feel good!
