Modular living and working in the new Zentrale Pratteln district

The Homebase cooperative is realizing a climate-friendly building with 104 modules on the Zentrale Pratteln site, ready for occupancy from early 2027.

The Homebase Pratteln project offers a new concept for people who want to flexibly design their living and working spaces.

Almost like ownership

You want to own a home, but haven't found anything suitable or affordable yet? Homebase Pratteln offers you the opportunity to individually design and use your living and working spaces – with a degree of freedom that is often only possible with ownership.

Variable units

The modules have 40 m² to 80 m² of space and can be flexibly combined. This creates individual room solutions – from compact studios to spacious living and working areas.

Climate-friendly building concept

Homebase Pratteln relies on an innovative and sustainable energy concept without traditional heating or cooling and temperature control through solar heat and waste heat. Thanks to exceptionally high-quality insulation and automatic ventilation flaps, a self-regulating room climate can be achieved.

Attractive rents

The minimalist and efficient living concept enables exceptionally low rents – ideal for people who want to determine their own living standards and design their spaces individually.

Living in the new Zentrale Pratteln district

A vibrant district with living, commerce, and culture is being created on the site. Six non-profit builders are jointly realizing around 480 new apartments and creating diverse meeting places for exchange and community.
