On Kasernenstrasse 24 in Liestal, we rent a great 5.5 room apartment. The house is shared by two shops on the ground floor and two more offices on the first and second floors. There are only two beautiful rental apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and has a very large balcony. Minor repair renovations will be carried out again with the current apartment change.

The four rooms have great sizes. The kitchen is open to the living room, which centrally connects everything in the apartment. Two toilets and a bathtub and shower provide ideal comfort.

The laundry room is located in the basement (with elevator) and is used only by the two residential parties. The washing machine and dryer were replaced in 2021.

The elevator system was replaced in 2025, as was the power distribution.
