It is located at 792 meters above sea level and enjoys a sunny position.

Cademario is known for the Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & Spa, a wellness center with a panoramic view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.

The house we are offering is a Bijoux, it can be reached from a private road with no exit, immersed in the green, in a very quiet and sunny area. It has 1-2 parking spaces in the garage and an outdoor parking space.
