The very specially built Rustico is located at an altitude of about 800 meters in "Monti di Vairano" and is very quiet above the small hamlet between Vira-Gambarogno and Indemini.

The entrance leads to a living room, which is dominated by its large, open fireplace and has been built with a mix of modern elements and natural stone. An open staircase leads to the upper area with a gallery, open bedroom with exit to a terrace, a bathroom and adjacent to the living-kitchen, which also has a direct exit to a beautiful seating area and the garden.

The floor of the gallery and the ceiling of the kitchen are partially covered with steel grilles, which provides a good room climate and a lot of light in the rooms, which enters the Rustico through skylights.

The outdoor area with a stone table, pergola with grapevines, grill and pizza oven leaves nothing to be desired. For the summer months, a mini pool with saltwater is available for cooling off, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore.

The Rustico can be reached from the private parking lot via a private staircase. A large land share of over 2,500 m2 with forest and meadow belongs to it.

In the lower area, there is a natural cellar for tools and for storing food.

The Rustico may be purchased as a second home. A written confirmation from the municipality is available.
