The flat roof is checked annually by a specialized company. It is possible that protective barriers may need to be installed in the future. This issue is currently under study and if the work proves necessary, it should be financed by the renovation fund.
We moved into the apartment in 1997 and carried out the following renovations :

Fiber optic is already present in the building, but not yet connected to the apartment.
