I am selling my caravan with awning located in the Pra Collet campsite in the heights of Lausanne. The campsite is open all year round. The rental of the plot where the caravan is located is automatically transferred with the sale.
The living area of the caravan with awning is 33 m2. On the plot, there is also a lawn, a garden shed, and a technical shed. The accommodation has electricity all year round, running water between May and October, and a rainwater collection system during the winter (1000-liter tank). For heating, there is a wood stove, a gas stove, and a small electric radiator. The caravan has a shower and toilet and hot water. The campsite has shared, heated sanitary facilities all year round.
The plot rental is approximately 5,000 CHF per year.
The sale price includes a large part of the furniture if you wish to keep it. This includes: washing machine, sofa, dining table and chairs, custom-made storage furniture, oven and electric stove, and other kitchen equipment, small fridge. I am also leaving my remaining stock of firewood, 2 almost full gas bottles, and garden tools for plot maintenance.
