Motivation for moving and schedule: we have been living in this paradise for 24 years. After our children have moved out, we are downsizing and moving into an apartment in the vicinity. This is still under construction, so our house will be available at the end of July 2027. We would be happy if another family with children moves into this versatile house with a garden.
