Description

The idea of the project is to raise the building 288A by about 2m to make the attic habitable. The existing volume will be gutted and the overhanging part on map 277 will be demolished. Main structures

  • The semi-basement is made of stone with an arched vault, while the laundry room part is made of concrete. The perimeter walls are made of brick, the partition walls are made of plasterboard, while the floors will be made of wood. The stairs will be made of reinforced concrete.

Heating system

  • Heat production is planned through an air-to-air heat pump with a heat exchanger. This system allows for both heating and cooling of the interior spaces of the house.

Sanitary installation

  • The sanitary installation for the distribution of hot and cold water, as well as for the disposal of wastewater, will be completely renewed.

Electrical installation

  • The electrical installation will be completely renewed.
