The "Val Bavona" is one of the most original valleys in Ticino, as it is largely still inhabited without public electricity supply. It is located in a "side arm" of the large brother, the "Valle Maggia".

This beautiful stone house with approximately 70 m² of living space was completely renovated in 2019 with excellent craftsmanship, is in a very good, almost new condition, and is being sold furnished.

It is located in the small hamlet of "Cavergno-Fontana" in a wonderful sunny location with a view of the mountains and the course of the Bavona river.
