The integration of the new development of the Bruag area into the village-like settlement structure of Güttingen is achieved through a strong division of the new buildings. This design was developed by the architectural firm Carlos Martinez through a competition. 

The six buildings, which are all arranged differently, nevertheless show a strong resemblance to each other and are uniformly materialized. The high-quality facade bears witness to the most recent industrial past of the Bruag area and is designed as a rear-ventilated facade construction in Cellon. 

Along the Bahnhofstrasse, three- and four-room apartments with a total of 33 rental apartments were conceived. The condominiums adjacent to the exposed Otmarbach have two apartments per floor. In the three building bodies, 22 condominiums are being built. 

Spacious, modern living with "flowing" rooms and simultaneous zoning of living/eating/kitchen and large covered outdoor spaces that can be experienced from the interior promise a contemporary living experience directly in the center of Güttingen.
