Restoration of an existing building in the historic center of Locarno, at the intersection of Via Cappuccini and Via Marcacci, a few steps from Piazza Grande. The intervention maintains two commercial spaces on the ground floor and provides seven apartments distributed on upper floors and attic, in addition to a large mansard attic with direct access from the lift.
